Applicant please carefully review Barbados Network Programme Guidelines paying close attention to, ‘page 6’ entitled “Required Documentation”.
Ministry requests that you submit to the email address bnpconsular@foreign.gov.bb completed copies of the forms.

Applicants are reminded that they are REQUIRED to apply for a Barbados Tax Identification Number (TIN) via the following link https://tamis.bra.gov.bb or by dialing 1-246-429-3829 and selecting ‘Option 2’.
You will only be required to complete ‘ Section 1 ’ of the “Application for Customs Registration Number”. Kindly input your Barbados address on this form.
Due to COVID-19, in-person interviews by Ministry personnel have been suspended.
NOTE: Should you be unable to submit all supporting documents detailing your residence outside Barbados for a period of ten (10) years, you may contact an Attorney-At-Law, Justice of Peace or Notary Public to prepare an affidavit as shown in our attached specimen. The affidavit MUST BE SIGNED by both yourself and the Attorney-At-Law, Justice of Peace or Notary Public.
