The Strategic Analysis Unit (SAU) aims to ensure coherence in the development and delivery of Barbados’ Foreign Policy. The Unit is responsible for advancing the “Team Barbados” approach and works actively to build and strengthen networks for public, private and civil society partnerships.

The work of the SAU though strategy driven is defined and informed by Barbados’ foreign policy mandates. Consequently the SAU works in collaboration with the International Relations, Foreign Trade, Consular and Protocol Divisions for strategic coordination and policy advice.
